Michaela shares:
“Mentality, I kept telling myself every time I got hurt, it was okay. Like, it's okay that this happened because, I like, I don't want to be a victim of it. I don't want to be held captive by it, but in doing that, it was actually suppressing my emotions. Learning to say like, No, that wasn't okay. That was actually what helped me experience emotional freedom, was the truth, that this wasn't okay. This did hurt me. And in doing that, that was what set me free from those emotions.”
Throughout her healing process, Michaela gained valuable insights that she now shares with others who may be on a similar path. Her wisdom is a guide for those struggling with trauma or seeking emotional freedom.
