Discover faith-based healing with Rob René as we explore biblical wellness, frequency medicine, and God’s design for mind, body, and spirit.
On The Daring Well Podcast, I had the privilege of sitting down with Rob René, a former elite athlete turned faith-based wellness advocate. Rob is the founder of QE Strong and Exodus Strong, and the host of The Biohackingville Podcast. His story is a powerful example of resilience, divine purpose, and the intersection between faith and science. Together, we explored how natural healing, frequency medicine, and biblical wellness can help people find true balance — mind, body, and spirit.
What I love most about Rob’s message is that it’s not just about new technologies or supplements; it’s about returning to the foundation God designed for us. Healing, he reminds us, begins not only with what we put into our bodies but also with what we believe, speak, and pray over ourselves.
Rob’s journey began as a competitive runner with a dream of becoming an Olympian. Gifted with both talent and discipline, he understood early on how nutrition and preparation could shape performance. But everything changed when tragedy struck. While training one winter morning in Utah, Rob was hit by a truck — an accident that could have ended his life.
That experience became his first awakening. “God wasn’t done with me,” Rob shared. Though his athletic career ended that day, his spiritual one began. Yet, like many of us, he admits that for years afterward, he lived as what he called a “weekend Christian” — someone who loved his faith but hadn’t yet surrendered fully to it.
When the pandemic hit, Rob faced another “truck moment.” He lost his job, but found new direction. It was in that stillness — and in deep research about health, truth, and faith — that he began to uncover his life’s calling: to help others heal naturally, spiritually, and faithfully.
One of the most inspiring parts of our conversation was Rob’s courage to question. During the pandemic, he began to investigate how the healthcare system operates, who funds the research, and how information is shared with the public. He discovered a pattern of control and misinformation that ignited his passion for truth-seeking and independent thinking.
He emphasized the importance of researching without bias — of reading widely, validating sources, and asking God for discernment. “I take in information,” he said, “but I don’t just accept it. I test it — and I always take it to the Lord.”
This practice of faith-driven discernment became one of Rob’s greatest tools. It taught him that healing isn’t only about what’s physical; it’s also about freeing the mind and spirit from confusion and fear.
As Rob turned back to Scripture, he began noticing how many of God’s natural gifts were designed for healing. The Bible references herbs, oils, and foods with powerful restorative properties — from frankincense and myrrh to aloe and cumin.
He realized that the body, as God’s creation, has an incredible capacity to heal itself when given what it needs. By combining biblical wisdom with scientific insight, Rob found a way to bridge the gap between faith and holistic health.
This revelation led to his two wellness ventures:
Both reflect his mission: to restore health through faith, energy, and God’s natural design.
At first, the concept of “frequency medicine” might sound abstract or even futuristic, but Rob broke it down beautifully. He explained that frequency is simply energy in motion — sound, light, vibration — all of which God created. Every cell in our body vibrates at a frequency, communicating and responding to the world around it.
Through years of research, Rob learned that certain frequencies could be harnessed to support the body’s natural healing process. QE Strong’s products use small skin patches programmed with specific energy frequencies and biblical affirmations encoded as digital signals. When applied to the skin, they connect with the body’s energy field to promote balance and well-being.
As Rob shared, “When we declare healing with our words, we activate the energy God placed within us. There’s power in the tongue — and there’s healing in the Word.”
Beyond energy medicine, Rob also became fascinated by the body’s biochemical potential. Through Exodus Strong, he developed a natural supplement combining seven biblical herbs — including barley grass, wheatgrass, saffron, cumin, aloe, frankincense, and myrrh — with a patented blend that produces molecular hydrogen inside the body.
This combination, he explained, acts as a master antioxidant that helps remove free radicals and supports mitochondrial health, allowing cells to function more efficiently.
He shared how this type of innovation doesn’t replace faith or natural living; instead, it complements them. “God made the elements,” he said. “We’re just rediscovering how to use them for good.”
The goal, again, isn’t dependency on a product — it’s empowerment. Rob wants people to remember that healing begins with understanding the body’s design, and that God has already given us everything we need to thrive.
One of the most profound parts of our discussion was how Rob views healing as an integrated process — not just physical recovery, but mental clarity and spiritual renewal.
He reminded us that the mind-body-spirit connection is not a New Age idea; it’s deeply biblical. Scripture speaks of our bodies as temples and our words as instruments of life and death. Rob believes that when we feed the mind with truth, the body with nourishment, and the spirit with prayer, we align ourselves with divine healing.
In his words:
“Your mind is the control center God gave you. Your body is the temple He created. And your spirit is the bridge that connects them both back to Him.”
That alignment, he believes, is the key to breaking free from the modern “pill-for-an-ill” model that treats symptoms but ignores root causes.
The Exodus supplement stands as a metaphor for what Rob teaches — that every part of our healing journey is both physical and spiritual. Each biblical ingredient was chosen for its historical and scientific support:
Combined with molecular hydrogen, these elements work synergistically to rejuvenate the body while reconnecting the soul to its divine source of vitality.
As we closed our conversation, Rob shared five simple yet powerful practices anyone can start today — no supplements, no cost, just intentional living.
These five practices remind us that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. When we return to God’s design — nature, movement, breath, and gratitude — healing becomes accessible and sustainable.
At the heart of Rob’s message is a simple truth: healing is about freedom — freedom from fear, confusion, and dependency. Our bodies are not broken systems to be managed; they’re divine creations meant to thrive.
He challenges the cultural conditioning that equates wellness with pharmaceuticals or quick fixes. Instead, he invites us back to relationship — with God, with our bodies, and with the natural world He created. When we view health as a form of worship, every act of care becomes sacred.
“If you have breath in your lungs,” Rob said, “God still has a plan for your life.”
That reminder speaks to all of us — that even in pain, there is purpose; even in uncertainty, there is hope.
Rob continues his mission through Biohackingville.com, a free online community offering faith-based health education, holistic tips, and support for people seeking natural healing. The platform includes prayer resources, Bible verse study guides, and even practical tools for understanding blood markers and nutrition.
Through his work with QE Strong and Exodus Strong, Rob aims to reach one million people and inspire them to read Scripture daily — not only for spiritual growth but as part of their healing journey.

As I reflect on this conversation, I’m reminded of how often wellness is portrayed as something external — a new routine, a supplement, or a goal. But true wellness, as Rob and I discussed, begins within. It’s a journey of alignment, where our faith informs our actions, and our bodies become vessels for divine purpose.
Whether it’s standing barefoot in the grass, drinking a glass of water with gratitude, or whispering a prayer over your health, every small act becomes sacred. Healing, after all, is not just about living longer — it’s about living fully in the light of God’s design.
So here’s your reminder: You were created to thrive — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Trust the wisdom God placed within you. Nourish your body, renew your mind, and let your spirit lead the way.
