I wasn't expecting that it wasn't. I don't know. It was in my mind it wasn't planned. So, therefore, when I started seeing the different pictures. I could feel the inside of my body changing.  

And what did I learn? That I'm doing a lot of good things I need to just do them more often.  

I can see me doing the breathing at night just before I go to bed. I really can.

I enjoyed learning that I can replace those negative emotions with compassionate balance which I feel helps me in giving myself GRACE. I don't have stay where my emotions are. I can acknowledge them gracefully and move forward positively.
