SUD's decrease from a 5 to 4. I wasn't expecting that it wasn't. I don't know. It was in my mind it wasn't planned. So, therefore, when I started seeing the different pictures. I could feel the inside of my body changing. And what did I learn? That I'm doing a lot of good things I need to just do them more often. I can see me doing the breathing at night just before I go to bed. I really can.
