Change. It’s about recognizing our power in it. We have all the freedom to choose. And, yes, YOU my dear, you get to choose.
Seasons change, our bodies change, our needs change. In life, we’re so full of life that is constantly evolving and changing. Through the beauty of nature, we get to see that change is necessary and it is all good. Seasons change and so do YOU. Each season of life is an invitation to pause and notice, our power to choose.
While change is hard, I invite you to consider how you can increase your awareness and shift your mindset to believe, that you get the power to change. Raise your energy level and your expectation to embrace a new mindset. A mindset that says, “I get to choose.” What you choose matters. What you do to align with your belief has the power to shift your whole trajectory if you lean into it with self love, grace and a whole lot intentionality. You matter. Your needs matter. What you do today can take you one step closer to getting what you want. If you’re taking an honest look at this season of your life and you’re not happy change it. You get to choose.
Each season is an invitation to pause, reflect, and choose how you show up in the world.
Recognize your power. Your freedom to choose is where your greatest power lies. Not in trying to manipulate the situation or people. But in taking power over your thoughts and what you choose to do and what you choose not to do. You get to choose.
You can choose to lean in and bear witness to the change or you can reject it and miss all the beautiful blessings each season teaches us. As one season fades in and another fades out, choose to let go so that you can make room for more of the good stuff.
What do you need to let go of in this season? So is it something or someone? Is a thought or belief? If it’s no longer serving you in this season, it’s time to let it go. I’m not saying forget, because the way our brains are wired, we can never forget. I’m simply encouraging to let it go. Give yourself permission to start anew and make room for new life to come in. I know, I know, I know. Letting go is hard and starting over is even harder. But so is the pain of staying stuck and not living authentically and being true to yourself. New life can’t come in if you’re still holding on to the last season and the last version of who you were and what you've done.
Show up for yourself in the big moments and the small, mundane moments of life. Each day, choose to evolve. You get to choose.
You, my dear, have the power to choose.
Your mindset serves as your internal compass, leading you and guiding you. Not so much to keep you away from pain and the hard-knocks of life, but to help you learn and increase your awareness around your set of beliefs and perspectives that shape how you view the world and how you view yourself.
Yes, you my dear, have the power deep within to change your mindset and you have the power to choose what’s for you and what’s not for you. You are worthy and you get to choose.
If you’re facing a big challenge in life — maybe it’s a desire to shift careers, or maybe a relationship change, or maybe it’s a financial stressor, or maybe it’s a health challenge. Now, you can choose a mindset of fear and scarcity, one that says, “I can’t handle this,”“This is too hard,” “I’m not good enough.” Or, you can choose a growth mindset, full abundance, hope and power, that says, “I can learn to recognize what I can and can’t control,” “I have options,” and “I am worthy.”
Growth starts with choosing a mindset that aligns with your goals.
Now that we’ve explored mindset shifts, let’s get practical. How do you actually change your mindset when change feels so big and so overwhelming?
Remember, change is inevitable, but how you experience it is your choice. You are the author of your story. What will you choose in this season? What will you let go of? Prioritize what serves your highest good and dare to live and be well.
