The Power of Breathing

Breathing exercises are vital to our meditation practice. Here's a simple exercise to try:

  • Take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, then slowly release it.
  • Repeat this process, focusing on receiving peace with each inhale and releasing stress with each exhale.

Affirmations for Healthy Relationships

Affirmations are powerful tools for self-empowerment and forging healthy relationships. Here are some affirmations to recite (For full list of affirmations, please see download at the bottom of the page):

  • I am releasing relationship patterns that no longer serve me.
  • I am worthy of a relationship that celebrates and supports me.
  • I attract love that is free from stress and filled with warmth, mutual trust, and respect.
  • I am whole
  • I am enough

Now, let’s just pause and imagine these affirmations as radiant beams of light and truth, providing guidance on our path towards healing, self-love, and healthy relationships.


Guided Mindfulness Practice


As we bring our awareness back to this present moment, take another deep breath. Gently awaken your body to this present moment by moving your fingers and toes and, when you're ready, softly open your eyes, carrying the truth of self-love and healthy relationships into the rest of your day.
