Today, I invite you to join me for a guided meditation designed to activate your morning and boost your mindset. 


Meditation Preparation


Find Your Space

Choose a comfortable, peaceful spot. You may stay seated or you may lie down. You're welcome to close your eyes or keep them open, whatever feels right.

    Connect & Tune In

    Let’s set the tone for the day ahead.  Tune into your mind, body, and spirit.


      Breathing Techniques


      Focus on Your Breath

      • Use your breath as an anchor.
      • Notice any wandering thoughts without judgment.
      • Bring your awareness back to the present moment.

      Set Your Intention

      • Choose a word or phrase embodying your desired feeling for the day (e.g., peace, gratitude, success).
      • Repeat it silently with each breath.

      Deep Breaths

      • Inhale deeply, hold, and then exhale strongly.
      • Feel the power of the release and let go of stress.


      Morning Activations


      Affirmations for a New Day

      • Today is a new beginning, a time of refreshing and renewal.
      • I am grateful for a fresh start and the breath in my lungs.
      • I am clear, strong, and renewed.

      Positive Flow

      • New ideas, hope, and strength are flowing through me.
